Coming from the North:  Travel South on RT 12B in Hamilton.  You'll come to the Sunoco Station on your Right, go another .1 miles and Helping Hands Muscular Therapy will be on your LEFT side, two driveways before the fire hydrant.  Use the driveway to the RIGHT of the building. Park in the back parking lot and go up the stairs located on the RIGHT side of the building.

Coming from the South: Travel North on RT 12B through the main traffic light in Hamilton, pass the Subway and Alliance Bank drive-thru, 5 places up on the RIGHT side is Helping Hands Muscular Therapy. Use the driveway to the RIGHT of the building (the 2nd driveway immediately after the fire hydrant). Park in the back parking lot and go up the stairs located on the RIGHT side of the building.
